That is because you are looking at a site using the old formula where the minimum number it divides with is ten. Instead of actual numbers of countries. Penalicing alliances with fewer than 10 members. Which you see in the number you give in your post, Bombay. 8 countries. But $1,360,997,484 divided by 8 is not $136,099,748.

If you instead look at eestats, which divides with the actual number of countries you see the real numbers.
You could also use a calculator and check it out :)

395 countries and 9 tags above 10 members take 1/3 of that amount and rest tags have 49 countries and untaggeds are either bots, suiciders or abandoned countries.
