soviet hes sayin if your a war clan then damn near everyone of your vets should be able to step up and take each others spot. unlike sanct who wars part time and has limited actual war leaders

You missed the part where I pointed out permissions/access to war stuff.

Also our vets don't do fluff. And you can't force them too either.
