Matt: please, rather than be a fluff, how about let our FA's do thier job? in short it all boils back to a simple misunderstanding. rather than have an attitude and put us offside from the outset (which, to be perfectly honest, it seems you want to do to everyone matt), working with us will usually bring a positive result.
