Might be stupid question, but are all tech the same nw value ? And what is a tech point nw is it 1 = 10? Ie 1000 tech points = 10,000 hw

100% sure, 1 tech point is 2 NW. I'd think you would know, Marshal, since you run techers so much, but I guess you do suck at it, so I'm not that surprised that you have no idea.
