2) We've actually fought wars over their non-pacted L:L retal policy (even on non-topfeeds).

3) Who does "FA contact" think he is just assuming I'm going to agree about a) it being a definition topfeed and b) going to give him alternate countries.

ok, seeing this is a regular trolling thread i will have to post my official statement in here:
yes #487 did a hit that would have to be retalled, but it was killed by Fist. i wouldnt say i would have agreed to L:L on his hit but it was open for discussion.
without FA talk indicating that Soviet Union is a Land donor, the second sets of hits from Scratchy becomes a 2nd incident: he farmed us, we killed him.
so yea: 2 incidents
both solved now unless you want to get your land from Fist for #487's hit

Since I told LCN to stay off this thread I shouldn't be posting anything HOWEVER I will say this...FA contact is generally a courtesy NOT required. When you grab a country there is always the chance you will be retalled within the next 72 hours. Since Imag has grabbed LCN in the past and have had much contact with LCN FAs you were well aware of our POSTED retal policy. There is only one reason you would have grabbed again and that would be to attempt to start something. After 11 years I do realize this is a war game and grabbing is part of it but at least have the balls to admit what you were doing and not try to make bullfluff excuses.

After saying that....LCN STAY OFF THIS THREAD!!
