options do not show tech points gained due to research alliances

perhaps its not supposed to show up there in which case this should be a suggestion rather than a bug but it impacts individual netting how much free tech points a country gets

in fact it would be nice to have summarys for each country for each set showing things like

land gained
land lost
tech received
tech given
net fa received
net fa given

and so on
most of those can be calculated for tags that like to give out awards for most of something
but the fa one im not sure can be

then you could make a tag summary page which auto calculated that sort of thing as well

went a bit of topic, basically i just needed some tech data for some netting calculations
