within a team you have no ally expenses, but within that same team every like basic country info spy or market spy any information spy report should be saved for the team to see not just the one country that gets it. if i am #1 and #2 is in my team and #2 gets a spy op on #3 not in our tag, my same "team" should allow me to see in my saved spy reports #2s op he or she made on #3

this is just a logical progression of a) what differs us from alliance and b) the idea that us "five" act as one, the same idea that says i don't pay for the intel ally suggests i should get his "intel"
