I didn't get new turn 00.20 like I should have. I "whined" this last set or set before too.

00.20 and no I did not get, I had 6 turns from bonuses and then 20 acres and next turn became at 00.40.

And I'm having the same issue, didn't get my 3 bonus turns for the 12 hour bonus, and I had to wait for 12 hours to send my pacts, poofff...
