I double-tapped a sociopath playing a Fake Bot so I had to run with extra spies, troops and turrets, plus SDI, like a real country. He was an ankle biter, but I guess he knocked me back enough to keep me out of first. He'll be very happy with himself since that was his goal, he said. I hope he enjoyed spending 5 days of his life just to knock my Final NW down couple million, lol. LOSER!

Fun playing again. Express is a major effort these days, with the bots demanding a lot of work and fierce competition that punishes the slightest error. Good fun to play every two months for me.

I made the mistake of doubletapping "Albrecht" at 4:00 am, groggily waking up to send my jets out. I save my spyops, and something seemed odd about him, and I went back and looked again. There was 1/0 turns. I tried to persuade myself that this was just a random event, that of the 100's of bots I've seen all with 0/0 turns, this was an exception. Like the extra 20 acres I got at the end of this set.

But, I was on the alert! Fortunately I saw his spyop just before he attacked me and poor old Lynx Army, and recalled my bushels to quickly buy troops and tanks as Lynx was turned into a parking lot. Then, I had an opportunity to learn how to recover from 10 stacked bioterror ops in the most efficient way, very interesting.

So I don't feel too bad about second.
