If you added a fullstop, the game strips punctuation. So its possible to have two identical country names. Or two that looks identical in all browsers since multiple spaces are treated as 1 space.

"BioHazzard from XI"
"BioHazzard . from XI"

The second name would get stripped of the fullstop, but still retain the 2 spaces between the first two words, leading to the same apparent country name.
