Do you know what sucks, when some country multiple taps you, takes thousands of acres and when you go to seek revenge you find out they're dead. I think if a country dies, their land should be distributed to all who have been in war with them. especially when they are sitting there dead with 10K + acres.

No, no it's not and this matter has been brought up and discussed many many many moons over, unfortunately the one who can get land back is the first one(s) that hits back before the death sentence.

can regular mods like Gallery or headmods (primmy and mARTIAN) even change player's login infos or is it restricted to admins (qz, pang, izarc) only?

Why dont you just leave the country open - player can't play it but can still attack to hit resources. There has to be something more fair.

It might also be fair to allow the restart of a country that was killed to bypass any GDI on the country that killed it. That could cause chaos though.

Your leader has gone into exile, leaving the country in a state of chaos and civil war. Your military is now 50 % less effecting having to deal with internal affairs.

There should be a bonus given for getting the largest grab to force top (fat) players into carrying better defense and stop all this pansy treehugging to force even play amongst All players. And heavy offense countries should go into DR slower.

Having DR tied to offensive balance is an interesting idea. So is capturing resources of countries you kill. 200% is begging for abuse, but would be a. Cool seasonal event.

Kill a country, get random % randoms amount of time. Tweak for balance. Adds a kill incentive, which is otherwise lacking in a purported war game.

200% ends with "kill trading". Do not want.

Have an occasional seasonal event where the rules change each time would be fun - would make players get out of the standard rut and get creative based on changing rules. Good idea osloos.
