I've been noticing some weird gains with some of my attack, like countries with no DR (according to eestats) giving almost no ghost. Did the DR system change? I know there was discussion about limiting the effectiveness of GS/AB/BR on DR, but i haven't seen any announcement about the change being implemented or what it entails.

missiles somehow dont affect DR now.

Missiles don't add/remove DR. EEStats is wrong, just like every other tool out there.

Failed GS/BR/ABs don't remove DR for attacker, but adds to defender.

PS/SS always adds and remove DR for both.

Also Ghosts DR cannot be removed at all, so even though a country may be in 0 grab DR (say he got attacked 12 times, and then attacked 12 times), he is still in 12 Ghost DR and your grab on him gets 0 ghosts.

Ah, that makes things more clear. How are ghost acres calculated? Is that one of those internal formulas that aren't released? I guess i could just suss it out...

It's a percentage of your non-ghosts part, multiplied by the Ghost DR modifier (and government).

there's building ghosts and networth ghosts, also dict ghosts, and then a special ghost DR
