I doubt it, oil should be made by fascist farmer-oilers, it's not realistic to try to be an oiler only.

There is never a time where a F should have more than 20% of land dedicated to oil. There just isn't a demand for that much oil, and it'll mostly go un-sold if you have 100% oil.

I did make a suggestion a while ago to raise the sell price on Private to $80. Didn't get much traction.

You can't really tell if anyone in any old sets was a farmer for sure. I'd bet one has won though. Obviously no full oiler will ever win.
