if you look at previous resets history, hes that guy who goes all jets and topfeeds top 10 countries.. and ends up ranked around 30-40.

He has something to do on Sunday afternoons/evenings so he usually never finishes his sets.

Nonsense. Topfeeding is a very good idea. It's the cowardly bottom feeders who attack countries that can't retal that deserve no respect and should be hit. But since people can attack countries that are 12X smaller, thats the only way to win. It would be better if the game encouraged countries of similar size to attack each other and protect the small countries more.
