I more or less laught at this post lol. JJ claims of 350 lbs bench press is not that far off. I myself am a recce soldier and can bench 335lbs. I don't disbelieve him on his claims not do I care, but I can assure everyone who does care it isint a simple feet and requires a lot of dedication. Myself as a recconisance soldier its in my creed to be fit and better then the rest, so it's not far off. But a standard claim of 350 which is 3 plates and 17.5 on each side is not easy and to state that means years of dedication and effort. Anyhow reccon!! Whoop whoop lol

350 is easy if you juice your face off. i know people who work out every day and are big dudes who cant even do that. im pretty sure JJ is just exaggerating

i used to be able to do a rep or 2 at 275, when i went to the gym semi regularly. now i would probably be lucky to do that with less then 2 plates on each side.

350 is not that hard. And my cousin was a sand bag lifter on the front lines of the first war. When he got back within a few months weighed 180 and could bench 430. THAT is a feat. He was only 6 foot tall, and no waist- it was all neck and arms.

I have been able to bench 350 before and i am sure i could again. Without working out this past year i can still do about 275 right now. Muscle memory is great thing. Once you reach a limit you can get back to it in a month or two.
