The countries of mine played under the SOTA tag, as well as the restarts I made under the SOTAxWAR & UN4GIVEN tags were just me. As far as I know, IMP were specifically targetting me and me alone.
As far as a ceasefire is concerned, I'd talked with Rico over IRC during the second or third week of this set about everything that led up to the events of this set and quashed everything, so there is no plans on my end regarding IMP in any manner next set or at any time in the forseeable future.
