martain.. this is a war game and no most smaller targets are not at 0DR unless you grab early the first day...and i dont mind them retaling.. its just a little over welming if 20 retal at once all with 0DR... i mean, if bottom feeding was what you set out to get rid of... its going to work for me. But this just gives more power to the techers..
