12k * 5 = 60k, 60k * 800 = 48m
meanwhile 16 bonus points = 8 turns i think, at 12k acres that should be at least 48m in actual dollars, not to mention the value of having those dollars before taking the 800 turns and using them to boost your position in the game going forward, don't bother with free GDI in express.
edit: i guess i shouldnt say that with such finality because maybe if you're a theo casher it could be worthwhile. or if you have stocked a ton of turns when you take the bonus. either way, how you choose to spend your bonus points in express is pretty meaningless.
