Just because you say someone is whining doesn't make it true. it's just a way to distract from the actual issues that the other clan (the one being "whined" about) doesn't want to discuss.

it's the traditional way to try and marginalize your opponent's legitimate concerns -- claim they are whiners.

if you haven't realized this, you're a n00b. folks have been doing legitimately douchey things in this game and then claiming the other party is just whining for over a decade. It spans political lines as well :p
