So the I guess what needs to happen, is we go make an clan of Primary/Solo server players on the Alliance server. The clans ONLY mission would be to do continual spy-ops against qzjul, iZarcon, and their clans members. Relentless spy-ops all set long until they get the hint that they are overpowered and need to be changed.

The idea here is that since they are not going to pay attention to the Primary servers, then the Primary players need to bring Primary's problems to the Alliance server and force them to deal with it one way or the other. Either fix it, or deal with the broken spy attacks continually each set until you do fix it.
