I would also add to Juice's post that #242 was very small semi-active country and as such with only limited turns used was no real threat nor I am sure not a priority. I would have to go back and re-look but dont think they ever did a single attack either.

So yea they could have killed it easily enough had no CF been declared. Whether you want to include such an original country as part of tag kill or not, guess technically no, but imho it may as well have been.

So congrats to SoL on a well fought war and congrats to SoL for tag kill at least imho.
