The return script runs every 60 seconds I believe? So ya, technically it could be up to -59 seconds.

is that the same script that runs bonus timers and military force timers because it keeps me waiting for many minutes at 0.0 hours left and daily.

0.0 could be under 1 minute, there's 59 seconds in it.

0.0 last for for upto 10 mins which is way more than .1 - .0 (6 minutes)
