With those calcs at 70k acres..I would have 177m troops at sets end. Does that sound right?

no, because you can never gain 1000 turns on login...

The way I remember it:

It keeps regenerating. It's based on # of turns which has passed by. So if you stay signed off for 1000 turns it will continue to regen that entire period as long as you had 0 available when you signed off.

The trick however is to buy everything up before your next turn (once you sign in)., because once your next turn kicks in all your extra units (beyond the normal threshold) will poof.

If you so much have a single unit available when you sign off, it will never surpass a threshold.

So unless it's changed since then,. that's the way it works.

When you start buying out private market,how many turns are usually left on the table at sets end?

Depends on server.

Since GDI destroys the demand to buy tanks / troops running a MBR is pointless on EXPRESS / PRIMARY.

Private market Regen takes you to around 66.67 turns of regeneration. It rarely reaches these exact numbers tho as acres change faster and pm Regen somehow is different when logged out than when logged in. You end up fluctuating around the 66.67 turn value. If you do not buy.

Tl;dr: if you are looking for a phone I can recommend the one that is not the HTC One A9, I believe it may be epic.
