I have played this game for years. Never cheated. Never used more than one computer. Never had more than one account. I'd like to know what I did wrong. If you ask me it was the system that cheated me!!!!!!!

Same thing happened to me. I appealed it and am waiting a reply. They should at least tell you what rule you are being accused of breaking. "IF" I did something wrong it was unintentional and I should know what it is so I can learn from it.

I'm curious to know what they did, they play and are regular allies since when I started playing two years ago, I attack them every set, would like to know if they're the same person or they did anything else to see if is realistic or not.
