So is the ramp up even implemented in Primary servers? If so.. How many attacks do you need to do in a 24 hour period to see it happen? Is it even possible? Here is 61 successful GS attacks in 24 hours with fewer than 550,000 troops at any given time as his defense. Maybe I am missing what the ramp up is supposed to look like?

With a population of ~150,000 it would take me ~150 GS (~3 days as a Tyranny) to kill off all his population at 1000 civs killed per GS, considering he doesn't log back in and get more population by spending turns for three days.

Realistically, his population was back at full ~150,000 civs after the ~14 hour break in my attacks (sleep/school), and he got most of it back just doing attacks and spy ops against me..

there formula has alot to be changed for individual servers such as primary. Over in other servers like alliance or what not it gives a little better chance for the stonewaller.

I like the old method more personally.

Takes like 265 hits to kill someone with a GS (from my experience in alliance server). Hence GSing in primary is useless.

It was more for testing purposes really, since I had already seen the weak damage of AB's and didn't have enough jets for BR's. Plus this late in the set neither are really going to matter if your done building and spending turns right?

The amount of ramping up needed depends on the targets troops:pop ratio.

If the target has 0 troops, then there is no ramping up, its already ramped at max (or only take 5 hits to ramp to max).

But the ramping up can take as long as 50 hits (at max point) based on observations on Alliance kill runs.

And the ramping up resets every 24 hours. Not sure if its a sliding window of 24 hours or if its a fixed "every midnight" 24 hours.

On a side note, does switching government types reduce your military readiness to like 50%? Or maybe I missed some spy ops that were done against me and just didn't spend the turns to get back up.

Switching government (except from Monarchy) halves your current readiness %. Well I think it halves, rather than -50%, or reduce to 50%, but I'm not absolutely certain.
