I was drunk when I originally posted that but he is kind of a rainbow I guess... I mean it's not how I would run a cashier per se.

He is low on land, he doesn't appear to be a very good player.

not really. and i dont really even need to do more damage. hes a mostly rainbow +casher. oil is too expensive for me to war. the damage he dealt with minimal and i can continue my running of my 50th ranked country.

hes running a mostly casher.. but then im kind of a rainbow techer due to unbuilt lands, and not enough $ to destroy all my non tech buildings. bpt isnt high enough to rebuild in a day. ill be happy if im fully built by weeks end.
