even though it says luck only effects things like ops/attacks/defends/missiles

I have noticed it reduces the damage by eq's if the bonus is high enough.

well it isn't easy to proove if it works or not.

I produce 2 oil barrels per turn, which means I can grab bots.

if you are first to grab with 50 jets you could get mehul panged and DH -_-
