I take it when a country is destocking they invest in troops? By the time people start to destock in the FFA your paying like 300 dollars for a troop and a grand for a tank, lol.

Destocking is exactly as it says you are taking what you stocked and deleting it

that depends on your stock, land and are you gonna jump via public or private market and if you are gonna use oil.
