Most people have a 72 hour retal window but I say if you hit the guy back within 72 hours its a retal and that's fine, and if you hit a guy back after 72 hours its a grab and thats also fine, as long as it's just one hit. As for dealing with double taps? Up to you man. Everyone has their own way
So what exactly are the point form notes on the changes? Building costs up, exploration rates up, fascist oil down and Dict ghost acres significantly down? Am I right in assuming the biggest concern for everyone is the building costs?
I'm frustrated too dude. hit 15 times in 4 days it's just so disheartening. I can sometimes only log on every second day due to work and personal life commitments so falling behind even temporarily can be crippling for the entire set.
Why is there even a retal window? If someone hit me who I hit two weeks ago then oh well. If they hit more than once, that's when I would take offense and take it from there. I just dont understand why people get so bent out of shape about it. If a guy wants to pump jets out for two weeks to hit someone back then that's their perogative.
