When you change your government you lose a percentage of your country. This makes sense. A revolution takes place and fluff gets fluffed up!
When you change your percentages of military though you automatically start making that much. Realistically you would have to change your infrastructure around to build the different aspects of your military.
Why is there no penalty for changing what military you build?

We actually live so close I can access my internet from his house. You are going to say we cheat? Yeah this story sounds like we do a lot of cheating huh? Haven't been allies and don't attack the same people unless it is a retal. Mostly just fluff eachother over like my original post states.

I left my computer at his house for 5 minutes logged in, big mistake. He took it and attacked his brothers country 2x. His brother then proceeded to spy attack me and destroy 3500 building. You are lucky elvesrus. I still have you in my sights but next set is going to be dedicated to ruining my friend! This fluffbrick Piece of fluff!

I was going to try a tech start this set buy seeing as how it is my first time I'm not to sure about it. Any pointers?

I know how stuff works, I used to play 2025 and recently found this. Been on the forums for a couple weeks and all that jazz. The only thing that is that he messaged me, I responded and then he proceeded to flatten me 3 days later without another word about it. Very disrespectful. Mistakes happen, especially with rusty players. Last time this happened I saw the forum post and responded to the guy asap. Everyone here agreed it was a genuine mistake and only one person even attacked me because of it. I do hold grudges. This was going to be my best round so far, maybe in the top twenty. Here is to hoping I find out his country name later!!
