I've been flaunting around AT Bans since '08.

In all fairness, you are slapping us about the place. And I really liked what SoL did end last set as well. Although, from a personal point of view it would be nice to win, this is actually the most fun i've had warring in a while. I see no fun in 3-4 day wars and then farm for 2 weeks. Not my style.

Back onto OP, I actually think when you kill an opponent it hurts more if you do it, stay silent and move on. Knife hurts deeper.

All the fluffting around on AT just detracts from good job being done ingame.

As said, I agree it needs to stop.

I don't like the actions of any of the LaF members doing this.

This set what just an example, I am pretty sure we have been hit most sets recently from old RD members and possibly a couple old Evo members. Who knows. Who cares.

Unless it's happening to your own alliance, nobody does. At least that's how I look at it.

Maybe if all the presidents could work together and everyone helped killing any suicider these things will stop.

I also think people should refuse to play with people that they know do it.

Again that will never happen.

At the moment it's just a fluff throwing cycle that continues set after set after set.

Not condoning this in anyway, but if you want to stop suiciding you need to route it out at all levels and everyone needs to work together.

Clearly a lot of people seem incapable of doing that to pre judged hate, but if you really want to get it out of the game then you need to all work together.

I spied a few countries and saw mass med for 10k+ on the market.

Surely any active and decent clan is also spying countries end of set to see if they can make quick gains?

Either way landtrading sucks big donkey balls.

I've seen many a new player, and was one myself a few years ago. And I have to say from my experience. There won't be any tag with training that can match ours.

So if you want to learn quickly and get a country to be involved in netting or warring. LaF's the place.

If that guy nets and nothing bad happens, he wins.

It's hard to give an opinion on people outside of LaF. But 5hade and Locket both seem pretty good value.

I think I am going to go and play neopets or make daisy chains. Everything fun about this game is slowly being taken away.

Usually you start from the bottom up, so trial ~40% and then raise it. You don't ruin a set by experimenting at 70%.

Locket, from what I have seen he is genuinely one of the best.

Most of the people we kill, there are some great enemies, but I don't know enough about them to give you a name. Most have been in SoL.

Only other thought is in the alliance top 100 Scorbra comes top whoever he is. And most of the time it isn't worth trying to kill Ingle or Xin as they are beyond excellent wallers.

You need to post what the criteria for a best warrer is.

IS it motivation to war every set? Making kick ass breaking countries? Walling? Leading/target selection? Ability to get the most war hits out of your country?

Based on most people putting forward wallers into this list, then Ingle has to be up there.

If you are on about all round war performance, then after playing only 6 sets on LaF, Candy Man is a great country maker, a great breaker and also very good at leading warchats and target selection. Maybe the best in LaF.

The best warrers I have faced where back in set 5, 6 and 7. We got smashed by SoL. Not even fit to lace their boots. 2-3 sets in a row, some of the war performances they put out back then I haven't seen since.

Much prefer battlefield if I can jump on and game now.

I think a lot of the issues stem from the fact we are using boxcar, and a lot of our members, well not a lot anymore, but at least some of out members are still unable to log on.

But if you want someone who is completely unbiased you should look no further.

I don't really like Vic that much.
I doubt I can name more than 5 people who play on RD.
I have no prebias as I' didn't play during the last scandal.
I wouldn't have talked to anybody else on the "commission".

I also think that the investigation doesn't really hold much weight if its just one alliance and you get to pick that alliance.

If you really want to be transparent (clear) (good pun) then you should invite most of the alliances to have a representative. Prove that it's unbiased and thorough.

Just an idea,

Came to me when we couldn't hit someone in GDI, and reading a thread on AT regarding Hitting people, and then being unable to drop land.

Maybe the tag admins (I've never set a tag up in earth, so I don't know the ins and outs) could have a "declare clan at war with clan X" button.

Once a clan is declared at war, all the processes that stop wars, for example GDI, dropping land once grabbing it, hitting people x times smaller than you (there could be others here). Are stopped while attacking the clan you are at war with.

Not sure how it would all work, and how to stop it being opened to abuse. BUT some of the things shouldn't really be into effect during a war, namely the "anti suicide" mechanics.
If LaF hits a clan of 20 people, mostly all they can do back would be considered suicide, and thus stopped. But they should be able to do it. Like LG'ing and dropping land.

Thoughts?

I also don't get why a server called Free For All has teams/alliances.

PP, why do they need a beatdown? They just had all their countries deleted?

Providing they use this to clean up RD, Does everyone not feel that punishment enough? Why make this saga run until xmas? If they clean up, its all over and everyone can move on.
