good old St Louis brew! And I agree MO, nobody knows what it's like there...i live 20 minutes away and wont go over there and have no idea whats going on

Ferguson wasn't that bad a city at first. It's a little rough closer to 270...

I live half a mile from the cop bar where 3 guys tried to rob last night....

The mast majority of the looters arrested were actually from the St. Louis area.

And this really shouldnt be just about Ferguson, it is affecting all St. Louis, as there was another large protest in the city's south side, which eventually led to looting as well. Nothing was torched in the city, thankfully.

FYI, the police being shot was unrelated to the looting. It was in a residential area to cops responding to a Breakin, and the guy open fired on cops.

Im sitting here watching the news, watching as all of St. Louis who don't wanna partake in protesting/rioting begin to hunker down. My commute home takes me past a common protest area (Grand/Shaw, site of protests when the armed person was killed by a cop), and i had to take a different way to avoid whatever may be coming.

A TON of high dollar retail is shutting down early as we speak in the County, and the Wal-Mart near ground zero is closed until they feel the threat of looting is gone.

Most of us are just going on a wait and see. People with businesses/property near symbolic points are taking precautionary measures. The rest of us are pretty much staying in tonight it seems.

YOU ARE LYING. WE DON'T HAVE AND HAVE NEVER HAD FORMAL ALLIES, ASIDE FROM GIVING EVERY ALLIANCE, INCLUDING IMAG, A NON-EXPLOSION PACT.

http://www.earthgraphs.com/...magnum&warreport=Show

NOT ONLY DID YOU NEVER "RETAL" THE MIGHTY CLAN [DANGER]! LAST RESET, THE MIGHTY CLAN [DANGER]! NEVER ONCE ATTACKED ANY MEMBER OF IMAG. BUT YOU DID MENTION IT WAS FOR THE LAST TWO RESETS SO MAYBE......

http://www.earthgraphs.com/...magnum&warreport=Show

NOPE. IT APPEARS THAT EVEN WHEN WE GO BACK 2 RESETS, YOUR CLAIMS STILL PROVE TO BE LIES.

I'M NOT GOING TO BOTHER LOOKING UP EVERY RESET WE'VE EVER PARTICIPATED IN, ESPECIALLY FOR A GAME WHICH I AM NO LONGER GOING TO BE PLAYING (AT LEAST FOR A TIME). HOWEVER, I'M 99% CERTAIN THAT WE HAVE NEVER IN OUR ENTIRE HISTORY EVER MADE A SINGLE ATTACK ON AN IMAG MEMBER ASIDE FROM A RIGHTEOUS DEFENSE (AND I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER ONE OF THOSE)

YOU ARE LYING. I DON'T KNOW WHY I CARE, BUT I DO. IF YOU WANT TO KILL AN ALLIANCE WITH ONLY 3 MEMBERS (AND WITH ONLY BILL AND JOE ACTIVELY PLAYING) AT LEAST HAVE THE INTEGRITY TO ADMIT WHY YOU'RE DOING IT. DON'T MAKE UP STORIES ABOUT THE CONDUCT OF THE SMALLER ALLIANCE WHICH YOU DECIDED TO USE FOR TARGET PRACTICE.

YOU ARE LYING

SAM
Whatever Sam you have no Idea what your talking about. Get your facts straight before you run off at the mouth.
You're right. There was 1 landgrab from DANGER onto IMAG. that was the ONLY THING DANGER HAS DONE TO IMAG THIS SET.... And you guys killed 2 guys in DANGER.
Even if it wasnt for the pact, you dumb idiots in iMAG deserve to be killed by everyone for fluffing with a funny, awesome, solid, tiny alliance, that brings amusement to AT.

So go suck a wang iMAG. You guys have proved time and time again that you guys have no class, no sense of right and wrong, and just no sense in general.

May all your countries be smoldering ruins!

I am glad you enjoyed your stint in leadership. :)

I have always been in favour of the main aim of the EWPP and posted to say so.

I am against the Pact trying to tell others, well OMA really, what it can and can't do. OMA will war whomsoever it wishes and whenever it wishes. As it is doing.

I do not ask for OMA to be protected by the Pact. OMA is not a signatory and is afforded no rights whatsoever by the Pact.

The people afforded rights and obligations by the Pact are the signatory alliances. And it is only if they live up to their obligations that the Pact can hope to work.

Evo does not live up to its Pact obligations. It has supported its member, the Tittyman, 100%. That he has committed an act of war and put them in breach of the Pact is of no concern to them.

The other signatories could not give a fig for their obligations. Plainly they will pick and choose what breaches of the Pact they will choose to act on and which they will choose totally to ignore.

This time round it is just a small clan involved and quite a trivial act of war. Next time, though, it will be one or other of the signatories, or more likely an allied group of them, who judge that a breach will not have sufficiently bad consequences to put them off early warring in earnest.

It is not really any particular business of mine, but if the signatories want the pact to work they would do well to demonstrate that they intend to honour their own obligations under it and to insist on their right that the other signatories do likewise.

Wow, I know democrats are stupid, but always figured liberals understood that the cost of USING gas is not factored in anywhere and sadly a good place is at the pump. Gas should be over 5 a gallon if not 6 to help pay for the cost of using it. Everything from health issues, global warming, impact of roads, and so on and so forth. How any sane person could think the price of gas is high or even remotely a problem shows they don't understand the impact of what they're doing.

How am i being stupid Hoop? I'm not screaming about the gas prices. All i said I've come to terms with it being where it's at, and have adjusted my budget accordingly.. (been doing it 7-8 years). Not once have i screamed about it except for the time local media reported gas has been dropping to under $3/gallon, 2 days after our gas jumped 30 cents a gallon to $3.50/gal , and that was basically for bad reporting I was throwing a fit over.. (STL media has been horrible lately)

It depends on the strat you're playing. C/Is smaller restart is a hassle. Techer strat restarts are a bit easier to recover from at the start, but restarting as a techer with 2K acres, to get it back to decent war ability, a lot of time will be wasted on getting more land, as the ones winning will be outgrowing, and start farming restarts of the losing side.
