Also, you are aware that the game gives the advantage to the attacker right? Jets cheaper than turrets, more offensive allies than defensive, PS bonus...

is there an acceptable time after which someone could grab the suicider or is that country officially unhittable until its dead?

are sof members allowed to hit suiciders farming other alliances?

I chuckled when I saw this in the news...will sof offer up that country to rd?

I think there should be some incentive to camp the news and farm such countries but that should be weighed against how much the damage done by suiciders can be reduced by policy. Maybe the farmed alliance is allowed to take half of the land back from the two-stepping countries? 80%? I'm not sure what the amount should be.

you grab people in tags that cant break you at all and/or tags that are unable to enforce their policies against yours
