You're pretty much correct about this situation being best resolved if Fist had done nothing after the second retal...

But on that note, I'd love to see iMag try to enforce this policy against a clan bigger than half their size.

To sort of build upon that... if Collab members had been RoRing us like PDM was earlier in the set, and then there was a dispute about retal policy where one of our members hit 20 minutes outside their retal window... Collab would in all likelihood let it slide as "reps" for their fluffups.

Honestly, I have a lot of respect for EEVIL, you guys are a good clan. I agree we probably grabbed you more than anyone else did... but I think the main reason for that was not us really excessively grabbing you, it was probably you guys being pacted to most other clans (despite what you guys said).

Either way, I for one respect your decision to stand up for yourselves... But the actions of Charcoal are not cool, and really take away from you being able to claim you're the "victim" here. Anyway, as you said, see you on the battlefield :)

Fair enough, EEVIL doesn't like the way some clans play the game (ie. grabbing)..

But to argue we "targeted" you or hit you more than other clans (before your idiot member decided to hit us 7 times in 4 days) is just stupid.

i don't see anybody from EEVIL saying they have problems being grab'd. i don't see them saying the fist targeted them or hit them more

What is most amusing to me is that he isn't even welcome back to PDM, who is small enough that realistically they shouldn't be picky when it comes to accepting people. Hell they let Saiyaman and he's honestly one of the douchiest people I've ever had the displeasure of talking to.

Ivan being a leader in SoF (or any alliance...) is a much bigger mystery than Thomas being a VP in Collab.
