Also, get rid of defensive allies, increase offensive ally spots to 12, grant a 85% attack bonus to every government but monarchy, and change the GS formula so that a kill run only takes 10 turns.

Yeah the evidence is pretty overwhelming. The sad thing is, I really believe JJ when he says that he doesn't have to cheat to win. There's no question he's very good at this game. He just has the world's largest ego and has to cheat constantly in order to satisfy it. And because he's a proven and habitual cheater, everything he's ever done is meaningless.

Which means dantzig still holds the all-time NW record.
