Instead of a draft, just randomly assigning players to teams may be easier to implement. Teams should also have the option of removing members maybe by a vote, since I'm sure there will be players who may try to sabotage their teams.

An interesting twist would be objective based goals that could change set to set. For example: the team with the highest NW Fascist wins, or the team that kills the most citizens wins. You could even implement certain condition scenarios, like each team gets 4 Tyrannies and a Commie, if you kill a team's Commie they're out. Just some ideas.

I think your TPT may not be high enough to make it effective. You need your land built as mostly labs. I'm still testing things out but teching at 1900 acres with 1500/200/200 labs/CS/other to 70k Agr seems to work.

It's better for your country to do one or the other. For a casher strat you should only be building Enterprise Zones and Residences in a 1:1 ratio. Set your production to 100% spies, build 100 Construction sites, tear down your Military Bases, Labs, Farms and Rigs, and build Residences. Use the cash you generate to buy food, military and Business/Residential Technology.

This stands for Diminishing Returns. Basically it means that the more a country is attacked the less land will be acquired. It was designed to keep smaller countries from being repeatedly grabbed. 24 hours after the attack(s) you 'come out of DR'.

The key to a successful country is specialization. Decide what strategy you want to play and build only the structures that will help you in that strategy. Cashers build Enterprise and Residence, Industrialists build Industrial Complexes, Techers build Research Labs, Farmers build, surprise, Farms. The government type you choose goes hand in hand with your strategy. You've chosen to be a Dictator, usually a warring government, my suggestion would be to run a farmer strat. From this point on use your turns to build only Farms, and atleast 200 Construction Sites. About 5% of your total land should be Industrial Complexes, under 'Manage' set your production to 100% spies. Sell the food you produce to buy military focusing on turrets which are your main source of defense.
