Are they worth it? for any strat? I think the set isn't really long enough for them to pay off.

Yeah without a doubt. I'm wondering about Expenses for commies. At -1.8% per pop, 8 points each, you could get to -45% expenses in under 20 days before switching to booms, which is obscene! but because the game A record isn't even 35m, i still don't thikn it pays off.

Hard to tell if worth it in tourney. Definitely in Alliance. (I don't play tourney anymore - 3 sets in A and out).
