With collab @ War and LaF basically killed to nothing but restarts SOL is policing our own retals.

We are also policing for Elysium. Have been since collab is @ war. If you have a pact with Elysium retals will be done according to pact formalities.

If you are unpacted SOL retal policy for Elysium will apply.
