2 important WARNINGS:

1- You might have trouble uncompressing At-Archive.rar since it has many many files. Winrar was fine on my machine but I got a bazillion gigs of RAM.

2- Beware of unraring this on Windows Vista or Win7 with Indexing enabled! It WILL slow Windows Explorer to a crawl for many things such as creating or opening a folder or right-clicking on a file even if you have a kick ass computer once it indexes those files! It's fun having them indexed since you can go to your start menu and type your nickname to read your own posts... but trust me, it WILL slow your machine to a crawl. Go to your START menu, type in Indexing and use that to exclude the folder you extract the At-Archive to once the novelty of doing search queries wears off.

I demand this be uploaded to a website and can be browsed with out downloading anything

However the file I posted was made by myself and contains 100% HTM files. You can verify this yourself by unzipping it and searching for "NOT *.htm*

I think. Maybe they were .html. But there's no exe or bat or com files in there.
