This coming from the guy who is a graphic designer for a game that has probably 2 graphics on the entire site, both of which are completely rubbish.

I'd pit my graphic design against the 'graphics' in EE in a heartbeat. Hell, I might even do it in MS Paint, while shooting jagermeister and navigating the mouse with my non-dominant foot.

Well I didn't know iTavi designed the whole site, but yes graphic design is not easy. It's easy to cut people down, but rarely can those that cut down do anything better.

It's not your game. You didn't pay for it, you copied it. I like the game, I don't like how some elements of your team go about their business. You seem to take that very personally, thats fine. :)

and the rest of the team owns hours of hard coding / working to create / maintain this great environment for the community but unfortunately for pricks like you also.

They develop it, they support it, they dedicate time to ensure it runs. They own the domain, they own the server, by copyright law they own the source code, they own the graphics, and they own all rights to everything you post here.

I don't know who "they" are, but I hear Pang's name mentioned a lot so I would guess he is a part of the ownership.

I don't know in what dream world you live in, but it is their game. Unless they are a privately or publicly traded company, you have no claim to their intellectual property, domain name, or even the posts you make on their board.

Furthermore I doubt highly you have paid for a service with an explicit guarantee that the said service (they offer you for free) must meet any criteria at all. I with the same doubt believe you have not nor ever will be required to like this game.

Whereas, since you have neither entered into any binding arbitration or contract, you are free to come and go in this game as you please.

Whereas, since you are annoying, you have been politely told to fluff off.

I do hope this has been very enlightening for you as to who the ownership of this game, these boards, and the name used as an implied trademark belong to. I furthermore hope you have found understanding in where your role within this community exists.

It was no mistake....I just did it again.

I've had some run-ins with a lot of members here. I've said on a couple occasions, "man, that (insert former unfriendly FA) fella really is an irritating d-bag. I mean, I really thought a few of you are just pieces of trash...

I was wrong. Dagga makes me realize, if only by mistake, that I love all of you guys. I really have a lot of great memories from the old days, even if they were less than favorable at the time, they are fond in my head now.

I will, however, never have a fond memory of dagga. He really is the biggest POS I have ever seen type. I mean, after about 14 years with this game I would have run into someone as stupid, but it just hasn't happened. He really is a grumbling bumbling fool. I laugh at his posts now, because his idiocy lets me know how much I love the rest of you. Thanks for that, dagga...I guess.
