BDC has some links on their page to order packages directly from them if you're trying to keep costs down. They'll sign you up for WCB, payroll, and everything else you might want too.

I don't necessarily suggest you use *their* service per se, but the steps I think are laid out well.


As an aside, I'm not sure why you wouldn't just incorporate in Federally instead unless it is a type of business that needs specific licences per province (like an insurance company for example).

I did this many years ago.

Go to your local Government office In Toronto there are many - It is a form you fill out. You need an OMERS report

Total cost was baout 500 just depending on how you do everything.

But the incorporation was the easy part!
