to shut off the e-mail notifications that im not using turns

im reselling and its annoying getting a email every 4 hours

"Receive turn overflow reminders" - You'll receive an email if one of your countries is about to lose turns. This can be turned off completely or turned off per country. For example, it might make sense to turn off notifications for destocking countries which are no longer playing turns. To turn off emails for a single country, go to ingame preferences for that country.
