Not quite.

He was given an extended ban for those things, due to his extensive prior record, but which may to a degree have still been excessive.
It was the deliberate ban evasion immediately afterwards, and the proceeding to do things he was specifically told not to do however, that formalised the perma.

are you sure? I recall it was what he said to Slagpit on discord that got him perma banned. evading the ban was just adding a few extra years to the life sentence no?
