I used them on alliance and team, sporadically. I also used one on primary to develop a cover story, although I didn't do much with it there. I never played in any clans with the exception of this last set with Lite and PDM, to expose the cheaters and help in gathering more intel. OH, and the original clan that I ran with a lot of people, The Resistance. That's the main spot were I used them, and played them like real countries.
The only other 'clans' they played in were my own clans.
I didn't use them in every set. I used multis the first or second set we warred darkness a year + ago. When I ended The Resistance (and I think before I ended it, can't quite remember) I stopped using them. I mainly used them when I first started because my squad had like 5 or 6 guys, and we were fighting 20. So I was trying to even the field (not an excuse, just an explanation).
After the resistance days I used them mainly to aid in spying on my enemies. Think building a country with just spy capabilities to decrease the need to build as many spies on my main. This most recent set notwithstanding.
Never posted on the forums with any of them.
I initially worked with Milkman to create multis. I had one that I ran while we were in The Resistance. His name was solarflare, you may have seen him a few times. I only used him on Teams. Milk used... that I can remember, at least 4 or 5 different multis. He was really into learning how to evade detection. We both got detected early on. I was able to avoid detection after the initial detection by simply using a cell phone. He used neighbors wifi, cell phones, vpns, etc. He got caught more often, but also put a lot more effort into it, including creating multiple fake discords to establish credibility.
Aside from milk, I never worked with anyone playing multis, or suggested it to anyone. I didn't trust people, to be honest. I believe milk told a lot of his IRL friends and family about it, I don't know if, or how many, multis they created.
Any other questions?
