There are the sheep, the wolves, and the shepherds.
Sheep will follow the shepherds. A weak shepherd leaves his sheep open to multiple wolf attacks.
We are becoming a world of weak shepherds and lazy sheep.

So you know they are named based on the system in place, and they only get named once they reach beyond a certain limit, of which every area has their own limit, most use a standard of sustained wind speeds of over 33knots, but sometimes it can be named as a depression or sudden shift of low pressure which could potentially grow into a large storm.

But I am sure there is a Wiki that could fill you in with what ever other information you want to know.
