Before I spend time trying to figure it out, does anyone have the tech points to percentage formula?
I have this
Tech Points to Tech %: OriginalTech - GvtMaxTech * (1 - MaxTech) * (1 - e^(LandTechMod))
LandTechMod ~ (-tech/(150 + land *4)) or -0.2855
But either im inputting the formula wrong or the formula is incorrect.

Yeah I've been making tools for the clan and allot of the formulas out there are wrong so I've been slowly testing and updating them. Is the wiki formula right? What does the EXP stand for? Seeing as there is no experience in the game I figured it wasn't that

exp stands for the special character Euler's number. e^ or Exponent depending on where you studied math.

If you using a tool. most languages have a Char for it or a way to use it.

Which formulas were you wondering about that seem obviously wrong? Most are fairly close or the inaccuracies are easily derived (ie. Upkeep formula).
