Are legit & from me, sent via a mass e-mail service (so that's why it's via some other thing).

When the site is back up the new passwords will work and you will be prompted to change it upon login.

More to come on this after I finish work.

Did not receive any password, because the email address associated with my boxcar account has long expired (switched ISPs). What should I do?

it seems if people made master accounts you have to login through that rather than your individual site account

also cant reset master account passwords in site

I got the email, but it says my old password is incorrect when I enter it. So I can't get past the change password screen.

"old" password is the one that pang's email contains, if that helps

We have almost a dozen users so far that have reported they are unable to login for any of the following reasons:

1. They never received an email
2. They didn't have a master account
3. The login/password received in the email didn't work

Apparently we cannot change user passwords in the User Admin (broken). It also appears that creation of NEW users (via new applications) may not be working properly either.

Finally, Boxcar does not appear to be receiving news for at least the past 15 hours.

I just made a fix in the Admin edit user page. passwords created/updated from there should work now.

anyone with a master account they can't get into still needs to check their email (including spam folder) or see me for resolution.

i got 2 emails, if no more then 6 emails went to other email and in 1 of those only 1 admin besides me and in other site admins are difficult to catch.
