We are reducing the maximum stored turns in express, from 450 to 300; that is to say the maximum-turns-on-hand (maximum-turns-stored) will change from 450(450) to 450(300).

This is in an effort to make it so you can't hold 2.5 days of turns out of a 5 day reset.

i didnt like to store that many because it meant you had to play at certain points when i didnt really want to

it should help with making people play earlier in the set though

previously you could play after 2.5 days, or play 100 and only come oop at 2.777 days

now its changed to 2.08 days and 2.36 days

it will also have the effect of making the market a little more stable
