We never got a chance to do anything festive last year, you know with the whole infant game and all.... but this year, Santa visited everyone's country and left some gifts.

this is fluffed up. I didn't know about these bonuses while admins+perhaps others did, allowing them to plan ahead and giving their countries a competitive advantage. Just ridiculous!!!

mmm 5 bonus points... you can get a couple extra turns or you could get some production / exploration bonuses etc
