We've updated the captcha so it won't be displayed while you are logged into your country and being hit.

This should prevent it from showing up while you are walling and being kicked out of your country.

I have still had this happen to me in FFA...Like I click to go to the market or something and the CAPTCHA pops up. I think it has only happened if I have already delayed it 8 hrs tho....

Normally it doesn't bother me, but the other day selling tech I was kicked out by the captcha after I had carefully considered all of the prices based on the changing market and average prices. It was a sad sad thing, because then I just sold them again undercutting by hundreds and hundreds of dollars in my angst.

I assume the worry is that bots will stay connected for 24/7 and never have to answer the captcha again, but does that even happen? How big of a deal would it be, if you were never kicked out for it?

hm we may adjust how this works to prompt you on login every 12 hours but only kick you out every like 30 or something.... so as long as you logged in every day you'd get it on login rather than in the game....

that sounds perfect to me, qz. Very annoying to be in the middle of playing your country and all of a sudden, dumped out into the street and having to type the stupid letters.

BTW, think the 3rd of the bonus turns ones is by far the best. Only have to type 5 letters/numbers. Much much easier and I would think it would accomplish the same purpose, would it not?

Hm well that type of captcha is also much less secure I believe; granted I don't think any potential bot runners are doing all sorts of OCR... but still.. you never know... some of these things you can just download

The OCR on those an idiot could break :-P
